Hot Neon worked with Accent Inns’ People and Culture team to develop, design, and implement a 3-month long blended learning experience called Emerging Leaders. The program included over ten hours of e-learning and 6 full days of facilitated in-person sessions. We prioritized gamification to create a learning experience that empowered and excited participants while enriching Accent Inns’ amazing culture.
In addition to designing the program, Hot Neon supported facilitation of a pilot program, including evaluation and implementation of changes to support it’s wider roll out.
Emerging Leaders has run 4 successful cohorts, and has a waiting list of interested participants. The program has already produced multiple leaders in the company, who have grown into management positions.
“Working with Hot Neon has been a wonderful experience all around. I had the pleasure of working with them for two major projects, both of which were extremely successful. Hot Neon helped create engaging online learning in a fast paced Hospitality environment, which has changed the way we onboard all colleagues across 8 hotels. They helped with change management along the way and added so much value to our company. For me personally they acted as mentors and close colleagues throughout our time together. I cannot recommend Hot Neon enough to anybody looking for help in the instructional design world.”
