The core of successfully converting in-person training into a digital format (or a blended: live virtual or in-person training enhanced with digital tools and supports), is your content.
Your content is your domain expertise, the knowledge and practices that you know inside-and-out. It is also your experience with the activities, discussions, and questions of participants.
