We are based in both Treaty 7 territory (which includes the Blackfoot Confederacy: Siksika, Piikani, and Kainai First Nations; the Tsuut’ina First Nation; and the Stoney Nakoda: Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Wesley First Nations; and the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3) and unceded, ancestral, and traditional territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and Sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) peoples.

The four faces of hot neon

Jordan Wright

Jordan Wright has been a Director, Editor and Videographer at Hot Neon Productions since early 2018 and holds a Diploma in New Media Production and Design. He has a deep passion for film making and working with people. Jordan brings a mass amount of creative energy and positivity to every project and loves learning and utilizing new techniques into his creative process on set and in post-production.

Ryan James

Ryan has been working in digital communications since 2013 and brings a wealth of production, design, and management experience to the team. Ryan holds a diploma in New Media Production and Design, a Bachelor of Communication and Media Studies, and a Master’s in Educational Technology. When he’s not making cool things with Hot Neon, Ryan’s spending time with his cat.

David Kativu

David Kativu is a multimedia content creator with who specializes in motion graphics, music production, and illustration. Over the years David’s methods have expanded from pencil sketching, to digital illustration and ink sketching. David has been working with animation for more than 10 years and maintains a passion to expand his skills further. In addition to 2D animation, David is further developing his experience in the world of 3D, both modelling and animation.

Dan Porter

Dan Porter is a creative design specialist and marketer with 10 years of industry experience. Dan graduated from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in 2009 with a diploma in New Media Production and Design and attained bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Calgary in 2012. Through freelance and full-time work, Dan had been involved in many projects centered in Branding, Graphic Design, Website Design, Motion Graphics and Online/Digital Marketing.

Leah Chang Learning Inc. is a fast-growing learning management company, founded in 2019. We are a collaborative group of Instructional Designers in and around Vancouver, BC, from diverse professional backgrounds: educators, visual effects, project management, IT leaders, and more. They work primarily with cause-driven organizations, non-profit organizations, or companies with educational mandates. LCL is made up of a roster of extremely talented course designers and collaborators who consistently deliver high-quality learning experiences to all of Leah Chang Learning’s clients.

Great Minds Interactive Studio is not your typical communications or eLearning agency. They work to bridge the gap between knowing and doing; inciting action through inspired narratives, interactive engagement, and rich visual communications. Great Minds has experience developing advanced communications, marketing, education and training solutions for a diverse portfolio of public organizations, non-profits, and private companies.
